JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview:

An Automation Specialist would be in charge of planning, putting into practice, and overseeing automated workflows that increase productivity, consistency, and efficiency in our organization's operations. They are likely to be skilled in setting up these platforms, developing comprehensive automation rules, resolving problems, and streamlining processes to improve efficiency.


Daily Responsibilities:
- Create and set up automated workflows initially using Keap, Klavyio, Zapier platforms
- Connect different software programs so they can share information easily
- Customize automation setups to match what our teams need
- Test our automated systems to make sure they work correctly
- Write down how our automated systems work so others can understand
- Teach our team members how to use our automated systems
- Look at how well our automated systems are doing and find ways to make them better
- Work with different teams to learn what they need from our automated systems
- Stay up-to-date on how the platforms we use are changing
- Train team members on using automated tools and systems effectively
- Integrate different software applications to enable seamless data exchange and communication

Qualifications:

- Have a degree in a technical field like Computer Science or Engineering or any field related to
- Know how to use automation tools like Keap/Infusionsoft, Klavyio, GoHighLevel
- Understand how to make different various software programs integrate with API
- Can change how automation tools work to match what we need
- Know how to test and fix problems with automation systems
- Can explain complicated things in a way that's easy to understand
- Enjoy teaching others how to use new tools
- Ability to analyze complex workflows and identify automation opportunities
- Always looking for ways to make things work better
