Amazon Seller Central Account Manager

Responsibilities:

1. RESEARCH ACTIVITIES
a. Research products to acquire at reasonable or wholesale rates.
b. Negotiate with suppliers to obtain products at bargain rates.
c. Research and present the LATEST TRENDS in the business domain to get an idea about what strategies competitors are
working on.

2. ORDER PROCESSING
a. Send in FBA inventory.
b. Obtain Amazon barcodes for each unit.
c. Download shipping labels, monitor shipment and check units received by amazon.

3. PRODUCT LISTING AND OPTIMIZATION
a. Ensure that the listings are cohesive and accurate according to amazon guidelines.
b. Track and double-check everything to manage all listing optimization.
c. Track the business Amazon performance and update its product listing rules and regulations.

4. CUSTOMER SUPPORT
a. Create message templates.
b. Answer customer questions and comment on reviews.
c. Deal with refunds, product replacements etc.
