Amazon PPC Manager - Part- time or full-time, remote
Transitioning from the broad scope of an agency to a singular, laser-focused role, your main battlefield will be Amazon PPC. Dive deep into the nuances of campaign strategies depending on product type, lifecycle and targets, define campaign styles, brief or build compelling ad creatives with our designer, fine-tune ad copy, and develop video strategies.
Your analytical acumen will be key in consistently refining campaigns for the best ROI contributing to our profitable growth. This position is carved out for a proactive strategist, deeply versed in Amazon's advertising ecosystem, eager to take our Amazon game to the next level.
Responsibilities
As a full-time Amazon PPC Manager, you will play a crucial role in executing our advertising strategies on the marketplace for our 2 accounts (EU & US). Your responsibilities will include:
- Campaign Management: Oversee the development, execution, and performance of all Amazon PPC campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
- Advanced Analytics: Dive deep into campaign analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement. Leverage data-driven insights to refine bid strategies, keyword selection, and targeting.
- Internal collaboration with stakeholders: Collaborate with the inventory manager, streamlining advertising, deals and other growth measures with stock levels, ensuring optimal inventory levels, minimizing stockouts, and reduce overstock situations.
- Performance Reporting & Goal Pacing: Set up a reporting structure. Regularly report on campaign performances, ensuring we're on track to meet, if not exceed, our goals.
- Maintain BuyBox: Keep a vigilant eye to consistently maintain our BuyBox status and proactively report and act against infringing 3rd party sellers.
- New Product Launch Strategy: Plan and spearhead the launching strategy for all new products or product expansions on Amazon.
- Ranking Strategies: Implement and refine techniques to boost organic product rankings, focusing on improving Best Sellers Rank (BSR). Monitor and adjust strategies based on keyword ranking, search volume, and conversion rates to drive sustainable organic sales growth and maintain a competitive edge on Amazon.

Qualifications
To succeed as an Amazon PPC Manager with us, you should possess the following qualifications and traits:
- Experience Level: Mid-Level to Senior-Level
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of deep Amazon ppc experience in international accounts, preferably from a performance-driven Amazon agency or in-house at an international (EU & US) 7/8-figure DTC brand or private label seller.
- Track Record with DTC or private label brands: Demonstrated success with growing DTC or private label brands, particularly those with a low SKU catalog emphasizing on several hero products with variations.
- Revenue Expertise: Proven capability in managing and scaling brands with 7+ figures in annual revenue.
- Ad Spend Management: Experience in handling substantial monthly ad spends, ideally exceeding $50,000.
- Analytical Proficiency: Ability to analyze vast amounts of data, discern patterns, and devise strategies based on those patterns.
- In-depth PPC Knowledge: Extensive understanding of Amazon PPC intricacies, including campaign types, ad creatives, ad copy, video strategies, and constant optimization.
- Organic Growth: Expertise in driving organic sales growth and improving Best Sellers Rank (BSR) on Amazon.
- Strategic Vision: Strong grasp of the overall growth strategy to ensure the brand's sustainable and consistent growth on Amazon.
- Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and customer service.
- Continuous Learning: Updated knowledge of Amazon's ever-evolving platform, advertising tools, and market dynamics.
- Language skills: Excellent proficiency in English (Both spoken and written, min C1 level).
- Software skills: Proficiency in Amazon bulk and flat files, SQR, Excel and Google Sheets including advanced features such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP and proficiency in Asana, Slack, Office, Loom is required.
