JOB OVERVIEW

Schedule: Hourly on an as-needed basis. Any timezone OK. (We have 26 SKUs with more to come and have case management needs daily or weekly but sometimes none)

Summary: We are looking for a rockstar Catalog Specialist to play defense and keep our product listings 100% at all times. As you know, amazon loves to change listings, price, or worse take products down for stupid reasons. We need someone who has experience dealing with Amazon and case management.

Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee and manage our Amazon product catalog, ensuring listings are accurate, comprehensive, and optimized for search and sales.
-Review and manage product listings, including descriptions, specifications, images, back end keywords, categories, browse nodes, etc. Ensuring they are what they are supposed to be and up at all times.
-Work closely with our marketing and operations teams to streamline the product onboarding process, from listing creation to live publication making sure our products are categorized properly.
-Regularly audit listings for compliance with Amazon's policies and guidelines, resolving any issues that may arise with listing health or account status.
-Monitor and analyze product performance, making adjustments to listings as needed to improve visibility and sales.
-Work with the customer service and returns departments to address product-related inquiries and feedback.
-Stay up-to-date with industry standards and e-commerce trends to suggest improvements to the catalog management process.

Qualifications:
-Fantastic American English
-Must have proficiency in Amazon Seller Central with a solid understanding of its backend functionalities.
-Experience in e-commerce catalog management, with a focus on Amazon platforms.
-Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
-Excellent organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
-Effective communication and teamwork skills, with experience working in remote settings.
