Amazon Catalog Expert / Account Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating/Updating Inventory Files (flat files).

• Account and Listing Management: Manage and optimize over 300 Amazon ASINs, ensuring accurate display of titles, images, and search terms.

• Address listing errors such as Error 5665, and manage bulk product uploads using Inventory Flat Files.

• Deep understanding of Amazon Brand Analytics, metrics, and SEO.

• Expert Knowledge in all facets of Amazon, including listings and inventory management.

• Highly organized with a structured approach to daily tasks.

• Solid grasp of Amazon’s reports and data analysis, capable of interpreting and leveraging Amazon metrics.

• Proactive in resolving issues, via Contacting Seller Support.

• Capable of working autonomously, utilizing Time Proof for time tracking.

• Daily Reporting: Required to submit a detailed end-of-day report outlining tasks completed and specific improvements made to Amazon listings.

Qualifications:
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field preferred.

• Amazon Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in Amazon e-commerce and account management.

• Proficient in using Inventory Loader File Spreadsheets for listing creations and updates.

• Language Skills: Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.

• Previous Experience: Former Amazon Support staff are strongly encouraged to apply.

Work Schedule: Must be available to work Sunday through Thursday, from 12pm-8pm PST (3am-11am PHT), with possible adjustments over time.
