Responsibilities

As a part-time Amazon Account Manager for our two accounts (EU & US), you will play a crucial role in executing our brand strategies. Your responsibilities will include:

Amazon Seller Central/ Listing Management:
- Product Listing Optimization: Refine and enhance product listings incl. copywriting, keywords, titles, bullet points, - A+ / EBC, and other vital backend details. Experienced in flat file uploads for bulk operations.
- Analytics: Set and maintain account KPIs for continuous improvement and growth.
- A/B Testing Expertise: Demonstrated experience with A/B split testing
- Launch implementation: Supervise new product launches and monitor their success.
- International Amazon Expansion: Lead our brand's introduction into additional Amazon international markets, ensuring seamless integration and growth.
- Reportings: Update the following reports Account Health Report, Daily Sales Report, Advertising Report, FBA Report, Inventory report, Shipment Report, incl. notes that affect the products live on the Amazon platform

Amazon Seller Central/ Account Health Management:
- Monitoring: Monitor listing health status in 2 accounts, current no of parents: 5 PAN EU & US and solve any account health concerns that may arise like stranded Inventory, inventory removals, account health violations, suppressed, voice of the customer, performance notifications, buybox monitoring, A-Z guarantee claims, chargeback claims, negative review/feedback removal, hijacker removals.
- Case Management: Collaborate with Seller Support and raise tickets when necessary. Create cases on Amazon for reimbursements, general platform issues, and resolving account health concerns like Brand Name Changes, Contribution Removal, Listing Attribute Update, Category Approval, Brand Registry, Package Dimension changes / Checks.
Reimbursements: Open cases in Amazon to claim reimbursements. Utilize third party resources and tools to increase reimbursements
- Platform Compliance Management: Monitor product listings on the platform to ensure they comply with the platform’s TOS and product specific compliance requirements
- Seek more efficient methods for delivering top-tier account and listing health
- Meet with the Operations Team weekly to provide updates and approve any changes that may affect account health/performance and give feedback to the rest of the team (supply chain, design and product management) to optimize KPIs and SOPs

Qualifications

To succeed as an Amazon Account Manager with us, you should possess the following qualifications and traits:
- Experience Level: Mid-Level - Senior-Level
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience as an Amazon Account or Brand Manager, maybe having experience as an Amazon internal employee or from an account management agency
- Amazon Sellercentral Handling: Strong understanding of the Amazon FBA business model and the main KPIs (CVR, traffic, sales etc.) to further optimize them. Knowledge of creating, working with reports from Amazon.
- Account Health Management Expertise: Experience with troubleshooting with Amazon Support, ideally worked inside of Amazon or knowing all internal structures.
- Product Listing Mastery: Proficiency in product listing optimization, including images, title, bullet points, backend details, A+ EBC, and other vital aspects like category changes, title changes, creation of product variants, updating product data etc.
- A/B Testing Expertise: Demonstrated experience with A/B testing strategies to optimize listings and ads for maximum conversions.
- Language skills: Excellent proficiency in English (Both spoken and written, min C1 level, any other EU relevant language is beneficial.
- Software skills: Proficiency in Amazon bulk and flat files, SQR, Excel and Google Sheets including advanced features such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP and proficiency in Asana, Slack, Office, Loom is required.
