As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a skilled Amazon Account Manager to join our team and oversee various aspects of our Amazon presence, including account health, order management, FBA restocking, creating FBA shipments, and PPC campaigns for FBA products, Appeals for any policy violations.

Job Description:
As an Amazon Account Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing our presence on the Amazon platform to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction. You will play a critical role in managing our Amazon account health, order fulfillment, inventory management, and advertising campaigns. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of Amazon's ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain account health metrics, including seller performance, customer feedback, and policy compliance.
Manage orders and ensure timely fulfillment, shipping, and delivery of products to customers.
Coordinate FBA restocking activities to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
Create and manage FBA shipments, including labeling, packaging, and scheduling pickups.
Develop and execute PPC campaigns for FBA products to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
Analyze performance metrics, including sales data, advertising ROI, and inventory turnover, to identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and customer service, to optimize product listings, promotions, and customer experiences on Amazon.
Stay updated on Amazon policies, best practices, and industry trends to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
Qualifications:


Minimum 1 years of experience managing Amazon seller accounts, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and other relevant tools and platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with Amazon advertising platforms, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
Knowledge of Amazon's policies, guidelines, and algorithms related to account health, fulfilment, and advertising.
Certification in Amazon Seller Central or Amazon Advertising (preferred but not required).
