Accountant / CFO

Are you an experienced, qualified Australian accountant looking to take on a pivotal role in a dynamic and growing company? We are seeking a talented Accountant/CFO to join our team and manage a wide range of financial and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage general administrative tasks and corporate compliance
- Oversee bookkeeping and payroll activities on a regular basis
- Analyse business performance and produce quarterly reports for clients
- Prepare financial statements, business tax returns, BAS, and Taxable Payments Reporting
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Provide strategic financial advice and insights to assist in decision-making

Requirements:

- Must be a qualified Australian accountant (CPA/CA preferred)
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience working with an Australian company
- Proficiency in Microsoft 360, SimPRO, and Xero is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of Australian tax laws, BAS, and compliance regulations
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
