Account Manager For Digital Marketing Agency (Enterprise Clients)

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager with proven experience in managing enterprise clients remotely.

The ideal candidate will have strong digital marketing knowledge and the ability to coordinate digital marketing campaigns.

This role is client-facing and requires excellent communication, team management, and deadline ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the main point of contact for enterprise clients, managing relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
- Oversee campaign coordination, working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly client meetings to present campaign results, performance insights, and strategy updates.
- Work with small teams, ensuring they meet deadlines and objectives efficiently.
- Utilize Asana, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and other tools for campaign tracking, reporting, and project management.
- Generate detailed digital marketing reports to present to clients.
- Ensure all projects align with client goals and deadlines are met.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Intermediate knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Proven track record in managing enterprise clients remotely.
- Experience with Asana, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and digital marketing report generation.
- Strong communication skills, with excellent written and oral English.
- Ability to confidently communicate with high-level enterprise clients via Zoom meetings.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines, ensuring accountability across the team.
- You also need a laptop that's fast enough to do Zoom calls, with a minimum 720p webcam and a good microphone.
