Role Overview
The AI Chat Bot Builder is a pivotal role in our mission to enhance client engagement through conversational AI and ensure that our chatbot solutions align with client objectives and deliver measurable results. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI chatbots using Zappy Chat and HighLevel. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about leveraging AI to solve real-world problems, improve customer experiences, and drive business outcomes. While experience with HighLevel is ideal, we highly value adaptability and the ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities
Design and build AI chatbots on Zappy Chat and HighLevel tailored to client needs, focusing on appointment booking and FAQ automation.
Collaborate with project managers to understand client objectives and integrate chatbots into broader customer engagement strategies.
Conduct thorough testing and iteration of chatbots to ensure effectiveness and user friendliness.
Stay updated with the latest in AI technology, chatbot development practices, and potential integrations to enhance capabilities.
Provide training and support to clients on managing and updating their chatbots as needed.
Monitor chatbot performance, analyzing user interactions and feedback to continuously refine and improve outcomes.
Troubleshoot issues and debug chatbot functionalities as needed.
Update clients on the progress and, once completed, send them detailed Loom videos with written updates and links for easy access.
Monitor and respond to client inquiries. This may involve communicating with them through Slack or via Zoom.

Requirements
Experience in chatbot development or a keen interest in conversational AI.
Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in designing chatbot flows that provide engaging and efficient user experiences.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical team members and clients.
Quick learner with the ability to pick up new tools and technologies in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with HighLevel, Zappy Chat, ClickUp, and Slack is a significant plus.
Self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
Creative thinking paired with meticulous attention to detail.
Capability to troubleshoot and fix chatbot issues effectively.
Must be available from 9 AM to 5 PM EST and comfortable with client-facing roles, including providing updates via Zoom.
