A marketer and advertiser

Have you worked with Realtors? If so, do you have some experience with lead generation within the Facebook or YouTube platforms? I am looking for more of a partnership than an employee, I am looking to build a marketing agency with good people for good people to bring actual value to our client. I've been a marketer myself, and I want to transition more into a Upgrade to see actual info will be slow at first, but the sky is the limit. You can have a salary if you choose to, but it can also be part owner part salary depending on what we discuss and how well you know this industry. I've posted on here before and got a couple of good candidates from it, but I want to see if there are people I might have missed the first time. I do have someone already, but I would like to have a second hand on board to take this to where all of us are taken care of, we don't have to worry about finances, and we focus on the one thing that we are good at, and we scale it Upgrade to see actual infoerested?
