Duties and Responsibilities:
• Process supplier, customer, and internal orders with precision.
• Handle Chep transfer documentation and manage driver queries for logistics issues.
• Address 3PL Supplier
• Upload and maintain supplier invoices, PODs, and customer databases.
• Oversee 3PL stock collections, inbound discrepancy reports, and inventory databases.
• Manage OOD stock destruction processes and report on accounts, billing, and RCTI charges.
• Organise and file documentation while assisting with adhoc administrative tasks as directed by the 3PL Business Manager.
