• Assists the company exceed its revenue and profit objectives by ensuring that our clients websites rank as promised, and to provide the most leading-edge SEO advice, guidance and direction to other departments in the company to explain advanced SEO concepts in an effective way that clients will value us for what we do for them.

• Assist in the development of client-facing campaign performance reports including data quality and insight development
• Ensure that all escalated customer enquiries will be answered within 24 hours in professional business English. If research is required, an acknowledgement
• Provide input and assistance to other departments regarding the work of the SEO department, or about specific SEO deliverables where necessary
• Provide suggestions to improve SEO processes that help standardize and ensure the quality of the team's output
