I wholesale and I market retail value homes all over the country and an expert in computing comparable and buyers criteria for every property. Negotiating and closing deals is what I expertly do and just do them remotely and sending contracts from the comforts of my home. I believed that I have what it takes to land any Acquisitions Managerial Job and perform to the best of my abilities.
I am an expert in running comparable, after repair value, and maximum allowable offer for each property and definitely how to make a deal favorable to the buyer once I find out their motivation to sell and create urgency. I also know how to compute repairs and follow my gut instincts when buying a property.
