3. Communicate with management and cross-functional stakeholders by reporting bugs and inconsistencies in the content, design, or user experience, to show trends, gaps, and successes in maintenance processes.
4. Provide support and ideas to improve cross-functional development processes and help mitigate errors and inconsistencies.
