Setup and/or Maintenance of Xero or QuickBooks Files Including:
-Updating or customizing the Chart of Accounts 
-Uploading historical transactions from bank data
-Setting up bank feeds, as needed 
-Integrating necessary third-party tools 
-Creating customized reports 

Daily Bookkeeping Services Including But Not Limited to:
-Recording cash receipts/income from bank deposits 
-Recording cash disbursements/expenses from bank transactions 
-Handling interbank transfers 
-Making necessary adjusting entries 
-Reconciling bank transactions and credit cards with statements 
-Reconciling other balance sheet accounts and profit and loss statements with underlying records
-Creating bills, sales invoices, credit notes, purchase orders, etc. 

Monthly Financial Reporting Including:
Balance Sheet 
Profit and Loss Statement 
Month-to-month comparisons as needed
