Here’s what I bring to the table:

Setting up/Maintaining XERO and QuickBooks files including: 
Customized Chart of Accounts
Upload Historical Transactions from Bank Data
Assist with setup of any bank feeds as possible
Customized Reporting
Set up and maintain tax codes for accurate tax reporting
Sync XERO/QuickBooks with other financial software or platforms
Create and manage user access and permissions within XERO/QuickBooks
Set up and manage payroll systems within XERO/QuickBooks 

Daily Bookkeeping including but not limited to the following: 
Record cash receipts/income from bank deposits
Record cash disbursements/expenses from bank transactions
Record interbank transfers
Record any manual adjusting entries
Reconcile bank transactions and credit cards to statements
Reconcile other balance sheet accounts to underlying records
Create bills, sales invoices, credit notes, purchase orders, quotations
Update and track inventory management
Schedule and track recurring payments and expenses
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Track and process employee expense reports 

Monthly financial reporting including:
Balance Sheet
Income Statement (Profit and Loss)
Month-to-month comparisons
Accounts receivable and payable aging reports
Budget vs. Actual Reports to track financial performance
Accruals and prepayments adjustments to ensure accurate reporting
