I was an Accounts Receivable Associate on a private company for two years. I was able to manage and collect those delinquent accounts that have been left on my position without proper turnover. I was able to maintain a better accounts receivable for the company with no 90-day delinquent accounts. Apart from this tasks, I was assigned to do invoicing and quotations for our clients plus the bank reconciliation of our received collection against the deposited collection.

I've been an Account officer / Salesforce to a BPO company for seven months. It's an inbound sales and I learned to speak positively even you have an irate customer. I learned to offer products even your customer was refusing to get one and even to cross sell to a larger one. It's quite challenging but I was able to be a top employee for quite sometime.

Currently, I am a part time digital Sales executive to a private company. I am doing my social media marketing, listing leads, managing documentations. I am also doing cold calling to gain clients. I make sure that I was able to answer client's inquiry and provide the service they need after closing the sale.

I am a health benefit agent offering health card to my clients which they can use in times of uncertainties. I aiming to share to them the beauty of being prepared to an unexpected life happenings.

With all my office and accounting work experience for almost 9 years, I was able to learn flexibility on doing tasks not only with my accounting tasks but also the administrative tasks so that if an employee leave his position unexpectedly, company's operation won't be sacrifice.

Since I've been working for an office and accounting jobs for eight to nine years, I do have an excellent communication to my clients and bosses. I was able to share this skill to my co-students when I went back to school to finish my degree.
