I previously worked at an Office beacon company under fusion transport as accounts payable for almost 4 years and I also worked at a TOA Global company  under devon properties Real estate as accounts payable for almost 1 year 
My duties and responsibilities are • 1.Invoicing - I am the one who updates the invoice number and invoice date and also the total invoice in our system.  • 2. Payment status -I am the one who pays the due date record in our system.  • 3.Inquiries - I am the one who answers the queries of our clients about rate verification and if they have complete paperwork.  • 4.Pod - I am the one who checks the paperwork if they have already been delivered to our carrier so we can process the payment in our system.  • 5.Personal email - I am the one who answers their queries about the date of the payment status and other queries.      6. NOA - I am the one who double-checked if the address of the client is correct in our system. Tools - Aljex, Netsuite, ArcTitan, Outlook, Excel. 
My duties and responsibilities Upgrade to see actual infovoice record - I am the one who saved the invoice to the correct building list folder.2.Processing invoice - I am the one who updates the invoice building list in our system using Realpage as Accounts Payable.Tools - Quickbooks online, Realpage, Building masterlist, Excel, outlook,
