In my role as an Accounting Associate, I handled accounts receivable and payable, maintained accurate records using QuickBooks, conducted bank reconciliations, generated comprehensive financial reports, and managed payroll to ensure timely and compliant employee compensation. 

Prior to this, I worked as a Customer Service Representative at TTech in Cebu, where I provided exceptional customer service, resolved inquiries, and maintained strong product knowledge while managing high call volumes. 

My experience also includes working as a Virtual Assistant and Appointment Setter at Solar2SK LLC, where I effectively managed scheduling, record-keeping, and team communication, conducted outbound calls for lead generation, and developed strategies for customer acquisition.
