Profile Description

Emphatic listening is a skill I always had since I was young. I had the privilege to enhance it when I
worked for three years as a customer service representative answering calls from customers with order
concerns and accepting live chats as well from over 200 different clients. I regularly top the scoreboards
for the metric set by Help Squad. 

I also experienced working for a Real Estate company in which we buy and sell land. I haved gained a lot
of experience in this job since working for this company required a lot of tasks to complete. 

Currently I am working as a Sales Marketer in an Amazon Ecommerice Company
