full-time eBay/Shopify Listing Virtual assistant

An Australia based online store is seeking a honest reliable full-time eBay/Shopify Listing Virtual assistant to create high-quality product listings based on template we provided, along with general e-commerce and administrative support, Basic HTML skills and photo?editing ability are required for this job and training will be provided to the right candidate.

This role is ideal for a recent college graduate who is eager to learn and looking for stable, long?term employment. We’re seeking someone who wants to grow with our business, not someone only interested in short?term or quick income. Commitment is important to us, so if you’re only looking for a few months of work, this position won’t be the right fit.

Schedule & Compensation:
• 6-8 hours per day, 5 days per week (40 hours/week)
• fixed working hours is required but can be choosen between 9:00am to 8:00PM Sydney local time.
• $2-$3/hour depending on experience
• Probation period: 4 weeks
• Immediate start available

Initial Responsibilities?
following are the tasks you will begin with.
• Updating product listings on eBay and Shopify
• Monitoring store inventory
• Completing daily online store tasks and general admin support

As you develop more skills and confidence, additional responsibilities will be introduced, such as research skills and ability to find product information online and Comfortable using AI tools to enhance productivity, e-commerce and online marketplaces, we will discus it later as the job goes.

Qualifications
• Basic HTML coding skills
• Good photo?editing skills (Photoshop preferred)
• English level C2 (Advanced/Mastery)
• Reliable, honest, quick learner, and attentive to detail
