effective and efficient SM posting and improvements for my rentals

Write and post on SM to increase rental booking for short and mid term rentals, improve listings, create content and documentation to improve online visibility on FB, Insta, Houfy, google, etc.

I need someone honest, detail oriented and motivated to help me get my rentals booked so I can focus on next steps. Looking for someone who can post at least weekly on various free options for rental property to gain more bookings and create a following for each property to offer "available" communications for future last minute bookings. Someone with experience in SM and content creation using my property pictures to create interest, ability to review and update listing details to improve visibility and SEO, create messaging for automatic response options, implement a digital calendar for viewing various bookings and pre- and post-cleaning tasks, identifying opportunities to add search terms, etc.
