JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a fast-growing trade-in/resale business (GPUs, CPUs, laptops, phones). We need a VA who can own inbound email and chat sales, resolve disputes and issues with customers, and re-engage past deals to recover conversions. Training for this position will be provided.

Responsibilities
- Handle custom item quotes via email and live chat on the website.
- Manage customer inquiries for trade-ins and outbound sales
- Active upselling and followups through eBay buyers through messages.
- Proactively follow up with new trade-in customers to boost conversion rates.
- Re-engage dormant large-ticket sellers and re-capture lost/expired trade-ins.

Tools We Use
- WooCommerce
- Slack
- Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
- eBay (messaging, disputes, customer support)
- Shippo & ShipStation (inbound & outbound shipping)

Requirements
- 2+ Years in eCommerce inbound sales or support (email + chat)
- Proven experience with Gmail and the Google Suite
- Excellent written English (must be clear, professional, and persuasive)
- Comfortable with disputes and finding win-win outcomes.
- Reliable setup: stable internet, sufficiently powerful computer/laptop, backup plan for outages.

Nice to Have
- Familiarity with the IT/consumer electronics market
- Experience resolving disputes, shipping issues, and script-based sales followups
- Knowledge of review-capture strategies post sale / order

Work Schedule & Pay
- Full-time (40 hrs/week), long-term role
- Must overlap with majority US business hours for customer response times (example: 9:00am–5:00pm US Central is is 10:00pm–6:00am PH [CDT, Mar–Nov] or 11:00pm–7:00am PH [CST, Nov–Mar]).
- Paid national holidays
- Starting pay: $750 / month
