We are looking for a WebCare Manager to take full ownership of this service, providing technical support, performance optimization, and proactive site maintenance for our clients.
? Website Support & Maintenance
Manage WordPress updates (core, plugins, themes) and ensure compatibility.
Perform manual plugin updates with testing to prevent issues.
Optimize website speed and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve website errors, bugs, and conflicts.
? Client Support & Communication
Act as the primary contact for WebCare clients, handling support requests and inquiries.
Provide monthly automated reports on website health and performance.
Conduct semi-annual reviews with clients to assess service usage and recommend adjustments.
? Process Optimization & Growth
Improve internal WebCare workflows to enhance efficiency.
Identify opportunities to expand services and improve client retention.
Document processes and create SOPs for future team members.

? 3+ years of WordPress experience (maintenance, troubleshooting, optimization).
? Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
? Strong understanding of WordPress security best practices.
? Experience with cPanel, DNS, SSL, and hosting configurations.
? Familiarity with performance optimization tools (e.g., WP Rocket, Cloudflare,
