### What You’ll Do
You’ll join our dev team to turn Figma designs into responsive, conversion-focused websites.

Your day-to-day will include:
- Building websites in Webflow
- Coding responsive layouts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP)
- Implementing animations, interactions, and performance optimization
- Handling software integrations (e.g. CRM, payment, analytics)
- Configuring plugins, apps, and custom features
- Making revisions based on client/team feedback
- Hitting Google Lighthouse performance benchmarks

### What We’re Looking For

This role is ideal for a senior-level developer who can work independently, solve problems creatively, and collaborate well with remote teams.

**Required:**
- 5+ years of hands-on web development experience (or equivalent skillset)
- Strong skills in Webflow
- Fluent in JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Strong English communication (written and verbal)
- Must be able to work US business hours

**Bonus (but not required):**
- Proficiency in additional platforms (we also use Wordpress an Shopify)
- React, Liquid, or other frontend frameworks
- Knowledge of web accessibility best practices
