About the Role
We are looking for a tech-savvy Web Developer & Systems Assistant to help us build clean landing pages and connect them to our back-end marketing systems.

Please Don't Be Intimidated by the Tech Stack! We do not expect you to be a master of every single tool listed below on your first day. If you have a strong foundation in WordPress and a logical brain for how data flows, we are happy to train you on the specific platforms we use.

This is a flexible, on-call position. Some weeks we will have 15–20 hours of heavy setup work; other weeks may only require 2–5 hours of routine systems optimization and testing.

Core Requirements (The "Must-Haves")
- WordPress Foundation: Experience building clean, responsive, fast-loading landing pages. You prefer lightweight blocks/code over heavy, bloated pre-made templates.
- Basic Automation Logic: You understand how forms, webhooks, or tools like Zapier work to send data from a website to a database.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: You enjoy troubleshooting. If a link breaks or a form doesn't submit, you are resourceful enough to figure out why.

Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have, But We Will Train You!)
- Experience managing pipelines or workflows inside GoHighLevel (GHL).
- Experience building chatbot logic inside platforms like Landbot.
- Experience mapping custom JSON data or APIs via Zapier.

Schedule: Flexible hours. You work on your own time, but you must be responsive to communication within 12–24 hours during the US business week.
