Website Developer: WordPress, Page Creation & Blogging, SEO, Google Optimization & Website Performance Enhancement

Job Description:

Seeking a skilled web developer with expertise in WordPress, blogging, SEO, and Google tools optimization. This role focuses on optimizing website performance, enhancing search engine visibility, and improving user experience. Ideal candidates should have experience with technical SEO, Google Analytics GA4 integration, Google My Business management, and content creation.

Responsibilities:

Website Optimization:
Enhance website structure, navigation, and responsiveness on WordPress.
Improve font sizes, graphics, and visuals for better readability and engagement.
Build and optimize webpages for all firm practice areas.

Mobile Performance:
Optimize for mobile performance and ensure compliance with Google Core Web Vitals.
Implement strategies to improve mobile rankings and user experience.

SEO and Keyword Strategy:
Optimize the site for commercial and transactional keywords to rank in the top 20 search engine results.
Build high-quality backlinks and enhance technical SEO.
Strengthen content with clear calls to action (CTAs) to increase engagement.

Google Tools Integration:
Improve website indexing and visibility using Google Search Console.
Install and configure Google Analytics GA4, including tracking codes, data streams, and reporting.
Analyze GA4 data to provide actionable insights for performance improvement.

Google My Business (GMB) Management:
Optimize and manage the firm’s Google My Business profile to increase local search visibility.
Ensure accuracy, use GMB features effectively, and maintain regular updates.

Content and Blogging:
Create SEO-optimized blog posts to drive organic traffic and increase domain authority.
Implement keyword strategies and align content with the firm’s goals.

Requirements:

Proven experience in WordPress development, SEO, and technical website optimization.
Expertise in Google tools, including Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and Google My Business.
Strong knowledge of blogging, content marketing, and backlink building.
Familiarity with Core Web Vitals, mobile-first optimization, and local SEO strategies.
Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach.
