Visual Systems & Miro VA (Process Mapping & Presentations)

I’m looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented VA to help me turn my ideas and strategies into clean visual boards and presentations.

Your main job is to:

• Build clean, structured Miro boards
• Create visual workflow maps
• Organize processes into clear systems
• Turn raw instructions into professional visual layouts
• Build simple presentation decks when needed

I will give you the structure and instructions.
You execute and make it visually clean and professional.

This is not a strategy role.
It’s a visual execution role.

You are a good fit if you:

• Have strong experience with Miro (or similar tools)
• Have good design sense (clean, structured, minimal)
• Work fast and accurately
• Can follow instructions exactly
• Pay attention to detail
• Have strong English

Bonus if you’ve built:
• Funnel maps
• Coaching program structures
• SOP boards
• Business process diagrams
