We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our remote team. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, proficient in Microsoft Excel, and has strong calendar management skills. E-commerce experience—especially with Shopify—is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize calendars, appointments, and schedules
- Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and other Excel-based documentation
- Provide administrative support, including
- Assist with e-commerce tasks such as order processing, inventory updates, and customer service (preferably on Shopify)
- Coordinate with other team members and report regularly on progress and updates
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data entry, formatting)
- Experience in calendar and schedule management
- Reliable internet connection and own computer/laptop
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Customer service experience in an online store environment, preferably with Shopify
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
