Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Virtual Medical Sales Representative to generate leads and secure meetings between potential clients and product specialists from the brand. This role focuses on identifying and reaching out to healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospitals across Oceania and North America to introduce medical products or services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales prospecting, and the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers. While direct selling is not required, the ability to engage prospects, create interest, and schedule meetings is crucial. Qualifications and Skills:
-Experience in sales, lead generation, or customer outreach, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.
-Strong ability to identify potential clients and initiate meaningful conversations.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging healthcare professionals.
-Proficiency in CRM software, cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
-Ability to handle objections and persuade clients to book a meeting.
-Self-motivated with strong time management and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and target healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and medical facilities.
-Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to introduce medical products or services.
-Generate interest and secure appointments between prospects and product specialists.
-Maintain an organised database of leads, calls, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
-Collaborate with the product specialist team to ensure a smooth transition of booked meetings.
-Consistently meet or exceed monthly appointment-setting targets.

Requirements:
-Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer outreach.
-Understanding of the healthcare industry and medical sales processes is a plus.
-Access to a reliable internet connection, computer, and a professional workspace.
-Proficiency in CRM tools, email marketing, and virtual communication platforms.
-Ability to work within Australian business hours as required.
-Strong ability to work independently, stay persistent, and achieve set targets.
