Virtual Assistant - SMS Campaign Manager

About Us
We’re a team of affiliate marketers running high-volume online campaigns, with SMS marketing as our main focus. Our messages primarily target audiences in the USA and cover niches like Sweepstakes, Antivirus, Legal, and Casino.

As our campaign output grows, we’re looking for a full-time reliable Virtual Assistant to help manage and monitor our SMS campaigns and support us with a few other key tasks.

What You'll Do:

1. Manage SMS Campaigns

Send SMS campaigns using our custom-built platform

Ensure accurate scheduling, delivery volume, speed, and content

Test messages before sending (when needed)

2. Monitor Performance

Check delivery and bullet reports

Identify delivery issues or unusual performance patterns

3. Collaborate with the Team

Use Google Sheets to track daily tasks and campaign info

Communicate issues or questions immediately — we’re here to help

4. Support with Extra Tasks (When Available)

Create simple prelander pages in Cursor

Assist with SMS provider registration forms (10DLC/TFN)

Help build basic websites and set up domains (buy domains, set DNS/SSL)

Tools You'll Use:

- Our in-house SMS system

- Google Sheets

- Cursor (for creating simple landing pages and websites for brands)

- Basic domain management tools (we’ll teach you everything)

What We're Looking For:

- Reliable and detail-oriented

- Proactive and independent, but not afraid to ask for help

- Comfortable with digital tools (training provided)
