I’m a photographer and creative mentor working with professional and emerging photographers internationally.
My work is based on authenticity, respect, and long-term relationships, not aggressive marketing.
I’m currently looking for a reliable and thoughtful Virtual Assistant to help with Instagram lead research and outreach, and to support the tracking and registration of leads for my upcoming programs.
This is a long-term collaboration, not a one-off task.

???? Your main responsibilities
1. Instagram research
• Research photographers on Instagram based on clear criteria
• Identify profiles that match a professional and creative level
• Filter out profiles that are not relevant
2. Outreach & conversation support
• Send personalized messages (templates will be provided)
• Adapt tone slightly depending on the profile
• Track responses and follow-ups clearly
3. Organization & reporting
• Keep simple but clean records (Google Sheets / Notion)
• Highlight promising leads
• Share feedback or observations when relevant

• Instagram (manual research, no automation)
• Google Sheets

• Starting at 10–15 hours per week
