JOB OVERVIEW

RiseUp Cleaning is a growing residential cleaning company serving Worcester County, Massachusetts. We provide top-quality house cleaning services and we're scaling fast. We're looking for a Virtual Assistant who doesn't need hand-holding — someone who has been inside a cleaning business before, knows the rhythm, and can hit the ground running from day one.

This is a long-term, full-time role with real growth potential as the business scales.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reply to customer messages via email, WhatsApp, and phone
- Manage cleaning schedules on our booking platform
- Handle cleaners/schedules
- Update our Google Business profile and respond to reviews
- Create simple social media posts (using Canva)
- Follow up with leads
- General admin tasks

REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Sales experience to close clients
- Previous experience as a VA in a CLEANING BUSINESS
- Organized, reliable, and proactive (problem solving)
- Strong internet connection
- Familiar with Gmail, Google Calendar, Canva, and Excel
- Available during US business hours (Eastern Time)

Strongly preferred:
- Previous VA or admin experience inside a cleaning company — this is a major plus and will move your application to the top
- BookingKoala experience — if you've used it before, say so and tell us how
- Experience working with US-based clients
- Familiarity with the US home services or service industry
- Knowledge of Google Local Services Ads (LSA)
- Experience with Meta/Facebook ads
