JOB OVERVIEW

About Us

I run Grow With FBA, a coaching program that helps entrepreneurs build and scale successful Amazon Private Label businesses. I’m looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Virtual Assistant to support my clients, manage admin tasks, and help streamline operations using automation tools.

Responsibilities
• Client Management & Communication
• Monitor Slack messages, respond, and flag important inquiries.
• Track incoming emails, categorize them, and draft responses.
• Assign and follow up on client homework & tasks weekly.
• Ensure clients submit required recordings & track progress.
• Admin & Organization
• Maintain Google Drive/Google Workspace (organize folders, manage client files).
• Keep detailed client records in spreadsheets or a CRM.
• Ensure all coaching materials, templates, and resources are updated.
• Schedule coaching calls and send reminders as needed.
• Automation & Tech Support (Preferred but not required)
• Use Airtable, Upgrade to see actual info, or similar tools to automate client tracking & reporting.
• Help improve workflows by integrating AI automation into operations.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining automated Slack/email reminders.

Requirements
• Must-Have:
• Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or Admin Assistant.
• Strong proficiency in Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Workspace.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to track and follow up with multiple clients simultaneously.
• Proactive and resourceful problem-solver.
• Nice-to-Have (Huge Plus!):
• Experience with Airtable, Upgrade to see actual info, Zapier, or other automation tools.
• Familiarity with Amazon FBA, private label selling, or e-commerce.
• Comfortable with AI-based tools to streamline operations.
