We care a lot about good communication, fast response times, and making sure homeowners have a smooth experience from first call to finished job.

What you’ll be doing:

Answering calls + messages from new leads
Following up with people who didn’t book yet
Scheduling estimates into our calendar

What we’re looking for:

Clear English, minimal accent — REQUIRED
Comfortable talking on the phone
Quick to respond and organized
Reliable internet + quiet workspace

Pay:

$5–$6/hr with fast room for growth
Bonus per closed job
