Ad Localizer — CEE Markets (CapCut / ElevenLabs)

We sell a high-protein breakfast cereal across Central & Eastern Europe and we're expanding fast. Our markets: Germany (DE), Hungary (HU), Czechia (CZ), Slovakia (SK), Slovenia (SI), Poland (PL), Croatia (HR) and expanding. We need someone to localize our short video ads — captions, on-screen text, and voiceover — exactly to spec.
What you'll do

Take a finished short ad and localize it for one of our markets using CapCut and ElevenLabs.
Place the text and voiceover exactly where and how the brief says — right wording, right spot, right timing.
Keep everything dialed in: clean, accurate, and matching the brief precisely.

You must be dialed in. You don't have to be a fluent speaker — but you do have to follow the brief exactly and show precisely what we tell you to show, where we tell you to show it. Precision and attention to detail are the whole job.
Deadlines are critical. Our creative pipeline runs on schedule — every late localization holds up a launch. We're friendly and easy to work with, but we cannot keep people who miss deadlines. If you're reliable and always on time, you'll do great here.
You must: know CapCut and ElevenLabs · follow briefs to the letter · be detail-obsessed · reply fast · hit every deadline · understand English briefs.
