Video Editor — Meta Ads / DTC — Full-Time Long-Term

Hi, I'm Ralph.
I run a growing DTC ecommerce brand and we run Meta Ads daily. I need a Video Editor who can take briefs and raw assets and turn them into finished ads. Fast.
This is a long-term role — I want someone to grow with us for 1+ years.
Your job, every week:

Edit short-for ---------- ta video ads (UGC, motion, AI-generated, statics)
Work from briefs, raw footage, and our AI pipeline
Deliver finished ads in 24-48 hours per piece
Take feedback fast, iterate without drama

You need to have:

Real DTC or dropshipping editing experience
Strong CapCut + Canva skills
Working knowledge of Nano Banana, Kling, and ElevenLabs
Clean editing instincts (hooks, pacing, captions)
Daily ---------- communication

Plus points:

Some graphic design ability
Fast turnaround track record

Compensation:

Paid test task first
1-week trial
$800 USD/month fixed after trial

Availability: Monday to Saturday, 10:00–17:00 PHT (flexibility is a plus).
