???? Video Editor (Dropshipping Ads)

I’m looking for a creative video editor for Facebook ads in the ---------- space.
You will receive one original video, and your job is to turn it into 3 different creatives:

1 original version
2 extra variations with different scroll stoppers

The scroll stoppers should be taken from the original footage itself.
The main focus is improving the first 1–5 seconds to instantly grab attention.

You will also:

improve video quality
add engaging elements/effects
create text scroll stoppers
add subtitles/translations in either Swedish or Dutch (depends on the project)

Sometimes I also need:

10 new creatives for testing
30 image creatives for launching new ad sets

So I also expect my video editors to be able to create strong image ads/static creatives for Facebook campaigns when needed.
