We are a Dubai-based Real Estate company

We're looking for a self-driven video editor who doesn't need babysitting. You'll own post-production across YouTube and short-form (Instagram Reels + TikTok) for our team of real estate agents.

What you'll edit:
— YouTube: podcasts, vlogs, property tours, market commentary
— Short-form: Reels and TikToks repurposed from long-form + native vertical content
— Real estate / luxury lifestyle niche
— Vox-style documentary videos (Occasional)

What we need from you:
— Can work independently — you get a brief, you deliver, no hand-holding
— Creative eye — you bring ideas, not just execution
— Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, and retention
— Experience with AI editing tools (Opus Clip, Descript, Runway, etc.)
— Proficient in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and/or CapCut

Bonus if you bring high level motion graphics skills (After Effects — animated titles, lower thirds, data visualizations).
