VA Recruiter

I currently am teaching people how to build a team of VA's to do cold calling and skip tracing. I am looking for an executive level assistant that can interview, hire and help me place these talented real estate VA's with people looking for their skillset.

Part of the job also includes weekly coaching calls with people in the United States giving them tips on hiring and sourcing VA's

Basically you would be a headhunter/ recruiter for Cold Callers and Skip tracers
