VA / Data Structuring & Visualization (Miro Preferred)

Role
We are looking for a smart and proactive Virtual Assistant who can:

Process and structure data
Turn complex information into clear visual overviews
Think along and improve how information is organized

Experience with Miro (or similar tools) is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Organize and structure raw data into clear formats
Create visual overviews (flows, systems, dashboards)
Build and maintain boards in Miro
Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
Think proactively and help us simplify complex processes

Requirements

Strong analytical and structured thinking
Experience with Miro or similar tools (REQUIRED or strong plus)
Ability to turn messy data into clear visuals
Proactive mindset — you think ahead, not just execute
Detail-oriented and reliable

To assess your skills, we would like you to complete the following task.

We will provide you with a set of raw notes, data, and unstructured information related to an e-commerce workflow.

Your Task:

1. Structure the Information
- Organize the data into a clear and logical structure
- Group related information together
- Remove unnecessary clutter if needed

2. Create a Visual Overview
- Turn the structured information into a clear visual system
- Preferably using Miro (or a similar tool)
- Show flows, connections, and hierarchy

3. Make It Easy to Understand
- Your output should be understandable within seconds
- Focus on clarity over complexity

Proactive Thinking (Important):
Identify what is missing, unclear, or inefficient
Suggest improvements to the structure or workflow
Think beyond the task — how can this be better?

Deliverables:

A shareable Miro board (or similar)
Optional: short explanation (max 5–10 sentences) of your approach
