User Growth & Channel Development Specialist - Web3 / Crypto Exchange

Job Responsibilities
1. User Acquisition & Growth
- Responsible for driving user growth for the company's crypto trading platform.
- Build and manage effective acquisition channels, including online communities, influencers (KOLs), agents, and partnerships.
2. Market Expansion
- Conduct in-depth research on the local Philippine market.
- Identify potential users, community leaders, and partnership opportunities.
3. Channel & Partner Operation
- Develop cooperative relationships with KOLs, community owners, local partners, and agents.
- Design marketing campaigns and incentive programs to boost active users and trading volume.
4. User Relationship Management
- Provide high-quality service to users, answer questions, and assist with onboarding.
- Guide new users to register, deposit, and increase trading activity on the platform.
5. Strategy & Execution
- Create effective user acquisition plans.
- Implement growth tactics and continuously optimize conversion rates.

Job Requirements
1. Interest & Industry Understanding
- Strong willingness to learn; high interest in Blockchain / Web3 / Crypto industry.
- Candidates with Web3 or crypto experience are preferred.
2. Communication & Service Skills
- Excellent communication skills; able to handle daily inquiries from users and agents.
- Experience in customer service, sales, or community management is a plus.
3. Independent Work Ability
- Strong self-discipline; capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to set priorities and manage time efficiently.
4. Market Sensitivity
- Good judgment and adaptability for fast-changing markets.
- Experience in growth, BD, or marketing is preferred.
