UI/UX Designer – Entry Level (Learning Curriculum Track)

We’re assembling our remote product & design team and are looking for UI/UX Designers who are in their final year of university or have recently graduated (ages 20–24 preferred). This is designed as a learning curriculum — the perfect opportunity if you have interest, a basic foundation in design, and a strong desire to grow. We actually prefer candidates with limited hands-on experience but a solid conceptual understanding, so you can learn and build with us from the start.

You’ll work closely with developers under the guidance of an experienced design/development lead. The first few months will be a teaching + learning phase with an internship mentality — focused on mentorship, practice, and proving your fit for long-term growth.

Responsibilities

Design intuitive interfaces for web and mobile using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.

Support and maintain design systems and responsive layouts.

Collaborate with developers to ensure design accuracy.

Participate in user testing and feedback cycles.

Qualifications

Basic experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

Understanding of typography, layout, and responsive design.

Strong interest in modern, user-centered design.

Bonus: Familiarity with prototyping & user testing.

Age 20–24, currently in final year of college or recently graduated.

Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Compensation

Initial Phase: Training & evaluation period (internship-style). Small bonuses may be provided per project, but not guaranteed.

Growth Phase: Profit-sharing model – earn from company profits as we scale.

Long-Term: Career path toward Lead Designer or Creative Director.
