What you'll build

Human agent leg on a Twilio Conference bridge
React agent app — softphone, live transcript, CRM card, call history
IVR menu, call queue, voicemail fallback
Warm transfer context push to agent UI before they answer
Dual-channel call recording to S3
One Twilio number per account, auto-provisioned
Multi-region AWS deploy

You must have

Twilio Programmable Voice — Conference bridges, Twilio JS SDK (browser softphone)
Node.js — webhooks, WebSocket servers, REST APIs
React (TypeScript preferred)
Good English, async-first, weekly video check-ins
