Travel Agent - Australia

We are looking for a Travel Agent to join our growing team.

Here are the details of the candidates that I'm looking for:

- Minimum 2 years experience in GDS (Galileo is preferred).
- Able to do manual command in GDS, look up for fare, availability, price etc.
- Knowledge of different airlines, routings and products.
- Know how to research different destinations, accommodations, and tours.
- Knowledge of Outlook, excel, words, social media and Canva.
- Great communication skills and attention to details.
- Excellent Customer services and handle complaints.
- Easy going and knows how to have FUN.
- Motivated, eager to learn and want to further your career.
- Bonus points if you have been a manager or managed a team.

Fulltime: 40 hours. Monday - Friday 9am-6pm Sydney time with 1 hour unpaid lunch break. May be required to work after hours or weekends with additional pay.
Salary: PHP 38,000 - 42,000 depending on experience.
Bonus: PHP 10,000 per month once you hit a minimum of $10,000AUD (This applied after 4 months probation). There will be different tiers which you can potentially earn more as well.
You will need to commit to this role only and cannot work with other businesses as part of your contract.

You will be required to have your own laptop, camera, wifi and Microsoft products such as Outlook, Words, Excel, Powerpoint on your laptop.

The first 4-6 months you won’t have to deal with clients directly. I’ll be dealing with the clients then will brief you with their travel request e.g. flight options, dates, accommodation research etc. I will then check your work and send to the clients.

Our working culture is fun, flexible and honest. I am very direct and I don't like BS so you will need to have thick skin if you want to join the team.
