Job Title: Trading Support & Account Manager

We are looking for a proactive and professional person with experience in trading and MetaTrader to support our traders daily.

You will help clients with accounts, platform issues, trading questions and general support while ensuring a smooth experience.

Main Responsibilities:
Support traders via email, chat and tickets
Help with MetaTrader login, setup and platform issues
Assist with account activations, resets and basic requests
Answer trading-related questions clearly
Guide clients through rules and dashboard use
Detect problems and escalate when needed
Maintain high customer satisfaction
Coordinate with Risk and Operations teams
Requirements:
Experience using MetaTrader 4 / 5
Good understanding of trading and markets
Strong customer support skills
Good English communication
Calm under pressure
Organized and fast response time
Problem solver mindset
