- **General Administrative Support:**

- Assist in the preparation and processing of title documents.
- **Customer Service:**
- Provide excellent customer service through phone and
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- **Data Entry and Record Keeping:**
- Enter and update client and transaction information in the database.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- **Coordination and Communication:**
- Coordinate with clients, real estate agents, and lenders.
- Communicate effectively with tea
- **Research and Reporting:**
- Conduct research as needed for title searches and related tasks.
- Generate reports and summaries for management.
- **Project Assistance:**
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the management.
- Provide support in the preparation of closing documents and settlement statements.
**Qualifications:**
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Office Suite (Sheets, Numbers, Docs)
- Familiarity with title company operations and real estate transactions is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
