Experienced YouTube Thumbnail Designer Needed for High-Performance Content

We’re looking for a highly skilled YouTube thumbnail designer who can create eye-catching, click-driving designs that perform well in competitive niches.

What We Need:
Thumbnails that stand out in YouTube’s feed and are optimized for CTR (click-through rate)
Strong visual storytelling - the thumbnail should convey the video’s hook at a glance
Consistent style that fits the channel’s brand while still innovating to capture attention
Designs that work on both desktop and mobile without losing clarity

Requirements:
• Proven experience designing high-performing YouTube thumbnails (please share your CTR results if possible)
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of high-quality, professional thumbnails
• Advanced skills in Photoshop or similar professional-grade design software (Canva-only workflows will not be sufficient)
