JOB OVERVIEW

I. Introduction
We build authority-driven content for founders, coaches, and consultants scaling to seven figures and beyond.

We are not looking for graphic designers who wait for instructions. We are looking for visual strategists who understand hierarchy, tension, and modern YouTube patterns — and can execute them at volume, without hand-holding.

II. The Aesthetic: "Sophisticated Authority"
No Fiverr vibes. We don't do neon glows, crowded text, or hype-style clickbait.
The look. Clean, cinematic, and high-status. Think Ali Abdaal, Matt Gray, Dan Martell.
The strategy. You must understand how to tell a story in 0.5 seconds. You are responsible for the authority packaging of every video — title and thumbnail working as one unit.
The tool. All work is designed and delivered in Figma.

III. The Hiring Process
Stage 1 — Portfolio audit. We look for work that demonstrates high-status authority and clean visual hierarchy. No portfolio, no conversation.
Stage 2 — Trial task. If you pass, you'll complete a paid test thumbnail against a live brief to prove your skills and ability to work with raw client assets.
Stage 3 — Integration. You'll be embedded directly into our team workflow inside Asana and Slack.

IV. Technical Standards: Zero Tolerance
If accepted, your work is held to the highest standard. We automatically reject work containing:
Any typos or misspelled words
Poor cutouts — fringing or messy hair masks
Inconsistent lighting — faces not matching the background environment
Standard stock photography — if it looks like a stock photo, it's a failure

V. Compensation & Volume
Standard rate $50 per video (2 distinct variations)
Zero-revision rate +$15 - $65 per video (passes internal QC first time)
Volume 10–20 videos/week
High-performer OTE $2,000 – $4,000+/month
